They are not only adding features that matter to their customers they are thought leaders in the project management space for all levels of users

you need to pay for all the extras (reporting, workflow etc)

Define clear SOPs for your org, there is so much you can do with Asana. Be sure all teams are bought in and youre clear how each team will use the product

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is easy to use and its basic features are easy to implement. Support documentations are attached to templates, and it provides most things I require to manage projects effectively, without relying on third party integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Task management is among the strengths of Asana. I am allowed to nest my tasks without limits, and I am able to rely on the timeline viewing option to move my dependent tasks or sub-tasks around seamlessly . A key point of Asana's task management excellence is how I am able to share feedback and communicate with my teammates, through task comments, removing the need to move our conversations outside the Asana workflow.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Support for data export on Asana, leaves a lot to be desired. While I can export data from Asana as a .csv file., it is the only file format in which Asana allows me to export project data. I will rather have a variety of file formats to choose from.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana tends to focus on collaboration , and this is important for proper project management.

Intuitive and boosts productivity for my org

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
I really like how Asana helps you visualize projects and timelines, and features many different integrations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the intuitive design. It was very easy for me to jump into Asana without any training or prior use and instantly stay on task. Every organization in my industry needs this sort of product to keep on top of tasks and stay organized, even when we were only a handful of people Asana helped to stay on top of things
What do you dislike most about this product?
The reporting and tracking tools aren't as well equipped as other project management tools I've used.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend to give it a try, it is very intuitive and easy to work with and it seems to be continuously improving.
