It is a great environment to foster both communication and collaboration within our work team; we can keep each other updated on the status of our projects and keep moving forward to meet the objectives set out in them. It has built trust in our team and helped us improve our performance, a key factor to keep productivity high in our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is very intuitive, easy to use and provides facilities to my work team to coordinate and organize our work and tasks in the most efficient way. It has beneficial functions to support the management of our projects; it helps us prioritize our tasks, work in an organized team and keep our performance high to provide a quality service to our customers. It is a fantastic program, and their customer service is excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its interface is a bit shallow and lacks features that allow users to make customizations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is an excellent resource and the best ally for work teams when managing tasks and projects. It has a variety of automation that save time and help improve workflows. It is worth having such a practical resource for project management as Asana.

It has good user interface unlike other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With it I have all my tasks and projects listed in one place. I like how it normally saves my time while working on projects. It's cost friendly and easy to work with it.

Nothing bad I could think of it, since it works great with me.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Synchronization of tasks with external calendars. Messaging system. Printing and exporting of projects and tasks. Ability to manage large projects. Tidy user interface regardless of the number of tasks. Highly customizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

What I like the most is that I can attach documents and local files from Dropbox. I can filter tasks and projects either by alphabetical order, due dates, etc. It's a great collaborative tool to improve productivity. I can manage tasks and activities from anywhere, with any browser, plus I can also do it from my cell phone with my Android app (also available for iOS) With Asana is possible to organize as many teams as needed, as well as projects, creating, assigning and monitoring, it is a very complete workspace, safe where we finish tasks faster and more efficiently, a process that has changed positively since I use Asana.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is a lot of competition in the market, however Asana has known how to stand out, but its price could be more competitive because there are definitely cheaper or more attractive free versions. In my case I use the paid version because I need more competent features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend balancing the workload of team members with Asana Resource Manager. Asana is one of the best task managers, where you can organize your projects and work together, adding users is very simple and so everyone can go to the same virtual workspace from any device, increasing productivity.
