What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The speed of asana is the difference with other platforms, it performs updates in real time when we are commenting on tasks so that other users can see these updates in real time. Projects open on the established date thanks to Asana, there are never delays.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is an intuitive and fast platform that speeds up the completion of tasks and projects, it has specific functions so that people can make comments on tasks so that others can see the updates in real time, I can also appreciate the keyboard shortcuts to optimize time of work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is the tool for my entire team to optimize the work of projects and tasks, we know how to use this tool perfectly to achieve success, with Asana it is possible to save a lot of time and money, I like everything about Asana.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Tasks and projects are easier with Asana, I have been working with this platform for two years and we know how to use it, tasks are completed in the shortest time possible with Asana, I totally recommend it.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is the project management platform that best suits our requirements, it provides everything necessary to coordinate all the work that is carried out as a team. It is extremely useful and effective software for communication and information exchange. It has a high capacity to plan, execute and evaluate projects, with the most effective tools to meet all the demands of our company. The implementation of Asana has provided fluidity and versatility in the development of our projects.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a nice user interface, it is easy to use and its implementation is fast. It has a board that allows defining the most important stages of the project and identifying critical nodes. The timeline feature it offers and the ability to monitor the progress of other team members on common or interrelated tasks. It offers a wide variety of integrations that complement its capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This platform has features that allow optimizing the development of projects, the only thing that I think should be improved is that the initial configuration is a bit cumbersome for new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is a platform that adapts very well in our to the requirements of the company, provides effective project management and improves collaborative work. I recommend its implementation.
