What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana has features that guarantee efficient administration and monitoring of the projects developed in our organization. It allows you to efficiently organize tasks and assign them according to priority. It guarantees reliability in use and time management. Facilitates file sharing and communication. It generates highly collaborative work throughout the organization. It exponentially improves productivity, because it offers very useful and effective tools.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is very easy to assign tasks to different project teams. It has numerous ready-to-use templates. It allows to keep the team informed with the creation of forms to send and receive job requests. One of the features it gives us is that we can use shared files and search destinations. It makes it possible to carry out an efficient management of resources to fulfill all stages of the project. This is a highly productive tool, which facilitates work between team members. It integrates seamlessly with Dropbox and Slack.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Asana is a somewhat complicated product to use, therefore, I consider that there must be extensive training that allows skillful development when using the interesting functions of this application.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend the implementation of asana because it facilitates project and task management, as well as for monitoring and reporting errors in projects. Generating a more efficient collaborative work and greater productivity.

Besides, it help you to budget for your projects even before you commence them. It is capable of monitoring several projects or tasks at the same time. Scheduling of duties.

Nothing to dislike in accordance to its functionality, i just love it.
