I feel that it offers very less customization and flexibility which is somehow an important need for us that is why I feel that it lacks it and its templates are not so well and up to the mark.

It includes a special feature of goals where you can see how much of your project is accomplished or is half way towards completion.

Although it is a nice application but the advanced features are only for people that subscribed for premium.
