Excellent for managing team projects

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

We solved the problem of not knowing who did what when it came to task distribution by project leaders. We can now take accountability for who performed what duties and who assigned the proper or erroneous assignments. The updates and templates in Asana have greatly benefited my workflow because it has become much easier and less complicated to start projects because Asana has a wide range of templates, and the updates of work status is another benefit that I have noticed in which you have managed to provide a clear general description of when the tasks can be completed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how easy it is to create a project with tasks and subtasks. This facilitates monitoring, task assignment and visualization of all history done so far. I like this portfolio for easy monitoring of the status of all projects and all collaborative processes run under my supervision. In addition, you can make changes through your portfolio to help you organize your plans and strategies. Also, Asana makes it very easy for me and my colleagues to stay on the same page when it comes to the work they do, the progress of the work, and the assignment of tasks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When there are multiple tasks generated within a task, it is difficult to click Load more, the format lists of vignettes, tables, etc. within the text area has also been improved to enable more complex information, such as a table. When using Asana, I found a feature that is really uncomfortable in my workflow: the monitoring of missing time. In this sense, it is extremely difficult to track how long a job has been devoted to, making it much more difficult to generate a complete report on work progress.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a basic task management system that is linked with many other platforms and is really simple to use, Asana is a good choice. Anyone considering this solution should look for third-party integration software to compensate for the time monitoring feature and other critical capabilities.

Keeps your team organized and on schedule

Likeliness to Recommend

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana makes it easy to stay on top of your work *and* keep track of what the rest of the team is doing. In the era where remote work is more common, this is essential for an efficient team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The boards and calendars are incredibly easy to read and update on the fly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the cells in the calendar fill up too quickly, making it difficult to read. (Particularly when sharing screens on a Zoom call.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go for it! Asana is a great project management software that can really help your team stay on top of tasks.

Great project management software, my workflow.

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

When many projects are running concurrently, keeping things organized per project has shown to be beneficial. Asana's visual design is superior than those of rival project management tools. I oversee a number of projects for our engineering group, as well as new employee onboarding and technical product management. The advantages include having all of the information I need on a daily basis structured and accessible to my whole team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The platform is relatively intuitive, especially for those who haven't experienced tutorials or training, the sidebar is easy to use and uses Asana to manage multiple work teams. With this software, you can quickly browse the tasks of different departments and manage your own tasks. Having your own to-do list, assigning tasks to team members, and keeping your projects on schedule is a big advantage.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana has repeatedly erased several accounts from the user list. They no longer receive email notifications as a result, and crucial communications are lost. They're also unassigned from all past tasks, and making a new account won't sync with the old one. I dislike the fact that custom colors cannot be added to custom fields or anyplace else. Because Asana offers so many adjustable choices, not being able to add colors is odd, and I believe that adding that feature will make the site more appealing to the eye.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You get what you pay for, and Asana will provide you with a highly configurable and user-friendly project management interface. For whatever reason, keep note of user limitations and possible user bootstrapping. This can have a substantial influence on the job, particularly during times of urgency, and if this occurs, someone should help reassign all past jobs.

  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing
