What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

For me Asana is my favorite project manager, the way to organize and distribute my work is very easy. It is a very neat, useful and accurate tool in helping me meet my goals.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Asana system works very well based on the availability of dashboards that include to-do lists. Likewise, each list can have an infinite list of cards that symbolize various pending processes. Tasks can be dragged between lists, providing great flexibility for working and structuring the pace of progress. For example, one list can symbolize ideas in their initial phase and another represent the moment in which they have jumped into the next phase.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything fascinates me, EVERYTHING.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

ASANA is incredibly amazing to recommend, as it is not only just a work organizer or a project manager, but it is also an excellent housework organizer. With this application you can have a weekly task log of pending activities that you have to do and those that you have already completed.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

This is practical because it allows you to keep communication in one place instead. It has a clean and stable customizable interface, the simple creation of tasks is great. It has integration with many applications that will make management more useful: you can use it together with Google Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, etc. It has a Power On Calendar that allows you to view cards with expiration dates on a calendar.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its simplicity is incredible. This is important because each tool you present to your team requires people to spend time mastering it. Simplicity reduces the amount of time required to train new team members. It can be used to manage just about any project you can think of. Asana has a Kanban-based Boards feature that allows you to visualize your work with a visual progression.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Only available in English version

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an additional way to view progress. Helps you keep up with deadlines. You can easily adjust the timeline and see how the change affects the entire project. By the way, you can draw task dependencies on the timeline, which makes it much easier to keep track of everything that happens in a complex project.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

-It provides transparency to project management and trust for collaborators. -Allows you to identify the right people immediately, that is, managers and team members. Collaborators receive automatic notifications to know what they are working on. - It allows creating projects where all the tasks are perfectly detailed and structured, which is very beneficial because each member knows what to do and when.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

make meetings easier to organize and manage. The software can be used to create the meeting agenda where notes can be added to each calendar as the meeting progresses. After meetings, Asana can also be used to delegate follow-up tasks to members.

What do you dislike most about this product?

To be honest, I love working from asana, I have never felt so comfortable.
