Currently, we use Asana in our Sales sector only to complete, manage and complete all types of projects, due to the great potential it has for the management and monitoring of business projects. One of the characteristics that highlight the difference of Asana, compared to other platforms, is that the dashboard that Asana offers works in real time, and reflects all the progress of all the projects that are being carried out, at the exact moment, Unlike other project management platforms, which take much longer for all this progress to be reflected on the dashboard.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the things I like the most about Asana is that it allows me to manage projects in a group way, this greatly facilitates the experience and optimizes the results, since all my colleagues can offer me continuous support in the creation and administration of all the projects that are carried out in my work area. Another of the most notable positive features of Asana, is that its application for mobile phones is highly optimized, it is surprising how I can edit and finish all my projects, from my cell phone, with an experience similar to what I get from my computer, it has all the options to advance the project in the corresponding way.

What do you dislike most about this product?

My only criticism regarding Asana not offering me a change to the project type after I have created it. There are list or board project types, and Asana does not allow me to make a change to the project type when it is already created. I believe that this is a functionality that should be integrated, to allow more substantive changes to the projects, and this would give us more freedom to give you a project type edit, when we need it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I have used the project management functionality that Asana offers me, and I was totally delighted with the results, I would definitely recommend Asana for any company looking for a simpler methodology to carry out and manage long-term projects, I consider that Asana has the capacity so that projects are completed in less time thanks to their teamwork. Asana is easy to handle, its interface is fully customizable which helps to better manage projects, in addition, all project progress is instantly reflected on the dashboard, it is an impressive platform.
