What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I can only name one difference and it is performance, because the projects are finished in the required time, we are communicating quickly with the other colleagues who are also finishing the projects, we can carry out several projects at the same time and finish them all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how collaborative we can be when we are finishing a project, the notifications when we want to communicate with other colleagues who are also in the same project arrive quickly and we solve the internal doubts we have, the reports are detailed, the mobile version is great and we allows you to be even more agile when carrying out projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we started using this software we thought that its functions for project management were simple, but we got to know it and found good results, all projects were finished with great professionalism, each colleague was in charge of something specific and the project was completed with great quality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dedicate yourself to thinking about the few benefits that can be achieved with any other project management software and you will realize that Asana is much better, if we had known Asana before, our projects would have been better.

Asana has been the third project management software that we have used in the company, because the other software did not offer good terms in the contracts, they were very expensive and we were looking for good prices and good results, and so far Asana has behaved well.

The best thing about asana is that it has good potential to assign tasks to the different members of the work team, the functions are simple and the platform is very functional, everything is centralized, and we maintain good communication so that there are no errors in projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When we started using Asana, we weren't satisfied with the minimum number of users the projects could cover, but after we purchased a more extensive service package, the benefits increased.

Do not hesitate to obtain Asana services, as it will improve the performance of the entire work team, unify criteria and immediately solve delays caused by the lack of integration of those responsible in a project or task.

Asana differs from other software in the speed of project management, it has many more features to prevent projects and tasks from being delayed, and the product value is very inexpensive compared to the previous software we had.

The main virtue of Asana is that our work team is tagged in the current project, and in this way we can be aware of all the progress that is being achieved. We try to use as many features as possible to achieve the best results, but Asana has many integration features and great ease of use to complete projects and tasks quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although it is very easy to use, when I move from one task or project to another, the process becomes confusing, but it is nothing serious to worry about, because it is good management of all pending projects.
