What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is a powerful platform where work teams can plan, execute, and monitor their processes, projects, and daily work. It is designed to make the right decision quickly, being able to obtain additional data quickly, because all the information is organized, ordered and quickly accessible. It is available for Android and iOS. With these versions you can update the information on the boards from anywhere, and always with maximum security. The app allows me to update tasks, incorporate files or respond to updates from our team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like asana a lot, it adapts to the needs of each project and allows tasks to be carried out in an organized and planned way

What do you dislike most about this product?

Gantt Chart - I like it because it reflects important information like time and activities. Teaches the sequence and level of execution of tasks. It also allows the latter to be classified according to their importance and duration. This program has compatibility with other very useful ones like Jira. In fact, integration is the number one benefit considered for me. In addition, it shares a very simple interface, which makes the program intuitive and familiar to new users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is very friendly; with many features that place it among my favorites. It is very easy to configure, use and scale.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

It's simpler to be able to organize your tasks in a way that they can be done smoothly. I can structure a more detailed planning where I establish priorities and the deadline for each task or action. It is more efficient in the coordination of processes, thus being able to work better collaboratively when dealing with projects in teams and managing tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can easily manage projects individually, having an interface that allows me to see in detail the message board, calendars, to-do list, the files that are stored, etc. I can assign different tasks to people with various roles within a project and see their role and pending tasks in an organized way, as well as having direct contact with them. I can easily integrate with cloud file manager platforms like Dropbox so I can also host my documents to keep them safe and close at hand. It favors being able to work collaboratively since I can have group and individual chat within this platform of the different projects that are being managed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

What I don't like about Asana is that I cannot customize project reports, there is data that is not of great importance within the report that is required within my company and we can remove it. Another thing is the problem of assigning dates of both tasks and projects in case of projects when these are repeated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Asana since you can work with both simple projects as well as very elaborate projects that take time and a lot of tasks. Asana also adapts easily to any type of company, be it a small or large company, as it has functions that are very general as well as complete functions for good project management.
