This is the most effective product for managing projects that I have come across.

It monitors projects in our company effectively. Our clients are more satisfied because we can finish their projects effectively.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is a simple and comfortable tool to use. It allows an efficient administration of tasks, from their creation to the last moment of execution, always allowing to evaluate the different steps that are being reached in the projects. It has a wide set of tools to plan, organize and create projects, assigning and evaluating the tasks of each person. It offers the ability to add expiration dates, write comments, and attach files. It is an agile tool that adapts very well to the needs of our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is easy to use and has a nice user interface. Provides the easiest way to manage team tasks and projects. It offers everything you need to stay in sync, meet deadlines, and achieve set goals. There are no limits on the number of tasks or projects that can be created. Easily spot gaps and overlaps in your schedule and make adjustments quickly, plus See how tasks and due dates connect so you can identify problems and resolve conflicts before you start.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This very effective platform for managing tasks, planning and executing projects. Although its board is very basic, it can be improved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that they implement Asana. It is a very useful tool for scheduling deadlines and tasks. Being able to efficiently assign and evaluate the fulfillment of the projects developed in our company.
