It helps in providing centralize feedback so that your team will be able to stay focused on their work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its UI will get slow if you are working on a lot of tasks and documents as it will not be able to manage large or multiple numbers of projects at a time. As it is heavily based on text thus breaking its structure and removing a task from it is easy.
