Its great but not as great as their PR team shows

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
We have multiple clients who are using Asana, the benefit we get is we have registered from the same account to their teams, and thus we can check all clients' project under one platform. We don't need to open client's own spaces to check their tasks.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Multiple Client under one space as mentioned above
What do you dislike most about this product?
Task opening are not as intuitive as it should be, though we found a way to work it like we want, but it will be complex for layman to use it efficiently
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
If you are techy, go for it. If not, then look for a simpler tool

Easy to use but severely lacking features

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It is really easy to get it set up and using it. The interface is beautiful as well.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The UX design
What do you dislike most about this product?
It was not possible to easily assign two people parts of a task. Made for a lot of duplicate tasks.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Try it out and see if it works for you before committing. I do not recommend it for larger organizations.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
It's fantastic. I also like that I can choose how I want to see each project. Each task may be viewed as a list that can be checked off. A platform that is part of a certain group. Finally, we do have calendars and records, which are obviously useful in perspective of dated duties for the firm.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Performance and work organization for the remote workforce" What I like regarding Asana is that I can have accessibility not only on my pc as well as on each of my gadgets, so everything is in sync. I have used asana to be structured in all facets of my company. It helps me stay organized for everything.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish it produced a signal when I completed a task or alerted me of an upcoming event. Furthermore, the simplicity of color combination could be improved.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have used asana to be structured in all facets of my company. Highly recommended
