Efficient product management team-wide, for less

Likeliness to Recommend

7 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Teams ranging from creative to data analysis and account management and billing can seamlessly integrate within the Asana workspace, assuring a quick startup time for new employees. The integration allows wildly varying disciplines to all effectively utilize the platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Adding or removing project participants and parameters is a breeze, allowing our client teams to remain flexible in the face of ever-changing requirements for deliverables.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The interface can be a bit text-heavy and "busy" at times, and could use some workflow tweaking; it can overload an unseasoned account manager in a hurry if not checked regularly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're been disappointed with other project management platforms before, never fear: Asana will calm even the darkest memories of missed deadlines and overworked staff.

A central place for entire project management

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is the only highly sophisticated project management platform that has enabled us to intelligently and successfully design and execute more complex tools in less time. When used to its greatest potential it is an ideal tool for everything like team collaboration, work management, task management, flow management, and overall productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is my favorite because it is available as an online app, mobile app, desktop app, and as well Mac version is also available giving me the flexibility to work on any platform of my choice while also allowing me to continue working with my team members while on the go and at home. It is also easily connectable and configurable, making it a fantastic professional PM app that also provides a home-like experience.

What do you dislike most about this product?

For smaller teams, it is not cost-effective because it is expensive. There can be a learning curve when utilizing Asana for more complicated circumstances. The software has lots of capabilities and features that necessitate a time period to be comfortable with them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is a fully-featured and handy solution. Users can handle team tasks so that everyone knows who is responsible for what. With Asana you can get a full picture of work so teams can focus on the correct assignments at the right moment. With your warmth spots, you can design your own dashboards.

A task management tool that feels good to use

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Company-wide scheduling function" that can centrally manage individual projects. This centralized management is very convenient and each project is daily. You can visualize what is happening across the board. The performance is the best because you can just extract by entering each task instead of creating these things. It seems unlikely that other services will manage this task by hierarchy and display it in Gantt.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the tendency to subdivide and record favorite functions/tasks as much as possible. The free version can be used as-is, however, if you want to use it seriously as a team, the paid version is required. The action of deleting the task you have done leads to excellent motivation. Asana is excellent at managing To-Do for general users. I think it is better to start with one project, use it in the lower plan and, if there are no problems, try to introduce it in several departments. Introduction in multiple departments is the most effective point, so one department alone cannot show its true potential.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The team collaboration feature previously used in the free version can no longer be used unless you recently upgraded to the paid version.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To be able to annotate tasks in as much detail as possible in a project and visualize them. To understand how much the task is behind schedule and if it can be rewound. While it is just great as a feature, I think every company has a situation where progress management is done by other services in development and other services in the management department, but there are several API bindings. This service is also useful as a HUB. This is an excellent point, and I think we were able to reduce communication costs by about 30% because it handles development, business development, management departments, and sales departments in a cross-cutting
