What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I prefer the color combination, the user interface, and the swish performance. Individual apps for mobile. Also, it’s very easy to understand for beginners. So I prefer it. I will surely recommend my agent for this software. I even have already advised my friends and family members to use asana and give it a try. A number of them are very happy and gave me positive reviews regarding asana. The connectivity is additionally very smooth.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite feature of asana is the simplest fact that I can add any tasks to my to-do list alongside all the data I collect along the way. It conjointly permits me to trace what I have done, which I’m terrible at doing myself, so it is a good asset for professionals who need to create esteem in their craft. Asana is great for tracking massive complicated projects. It’s extremely customizable both per project and overall for your organization. Once your team is totally on board, it’s easy to look up where a project is and what it needs to be completed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s unhelpful that you will only assign a task to at least one person. Others are often included on a task as “collaborators” by using the person’s @name in the comments, however, that’s one of the items I noticed after I wanted to have both people review a document without having to make a task for each person.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The convenience of making tasks that are both related to projects, but conjointly tasks that are 100 percent individual. The convenience of collaboration on tasks is fantastic and having the ability to set date ranges for the due dates helps with giving the member enough heads up about when tasks are needed to be completed. I’d extremely advocate Asana. It’s simple to understand. No technical information is required.
