Unlike other project management tools with Asana, we can manage tasks and activities from anywhere, with any browser, and I can also do it from my cell phone with my Android app.

What I like most about this tool is that Asana is great for keeping track of communication between team members across multiple projects to ensure everyone is on the same page.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we have been using asana we have not found any fault with it as it is very useful for our internal projects so we are very happy with this product.

Management of work projects for better results

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana has presented us with exactly the tools that we need, neither more nor less, which is why, unlike other tools like Jira, we prefer Asana, because we opt for the tool where we feel most comfortable and where we have just the necessary functions at hand. in the management of our work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is the platform we needed to organize our work, it has millions of tools that allow us to automate work management, a more organized job is undoubtedly a more proactive job, it allows us to organize tasks and projects to visualize progress through roadmaps, automation of routes, panel of activities and follow-up of advances. We benefit from so many things in Asana that it's hard to decide on just one, but one of the most important things is the collaborative work and organization of the work group, as well as the access through mobile for greater speed and agility at work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Since we used it I have not found something so significant that I can say that it is a negative point, however, the interface has some errors, it should be able to be more adjustable and customizable. Some tools do not fully comply with their functionality, for example access and assignment of tasks properly.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Recommending Asana is the best thing you can read, you don't need to think about it much, if you have problems with the organization of projects and work goals, I'm sure Asana will be the solution to all this.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Reliable

Fantastic, Adaptable and Easy to Use

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana allows non-technical users (non-engineers) to customize their tasks, workflows, and acceptance criteria easily and in a way that promotes innovation. While tools like JIRA may be the 'true' fit for coders due to integrations with tech stacks, Asana allows all non-engineers to set up redundancies, custom workflows, and reporting that adds clarity to any project you are working on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Asana is how easily it is to stay up to date with everything happening. The reporting interface is simple and gives me the data I want, while the portfolio views allow me to keep tabs on major projects while looking at a single page/screen.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The custom actions in Asana (notifications of new tasks, etc.) are great, but there's not really a good way to remove or keep track of old custom actions you don't want anymore. If your project management team changes criteria, personnel, etc...you'll keep finding and removing old custom actions forever.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If your team needs to have technical capabilities, Asana may not be the right choice. We've got teams using Asana and JIRA, and honestly it's a bit of a mess. But if your team doesn't need those capabilities, Asana is a great choice and has all the options you should ever need. So, I guess the biggest thing is thinking through the options you need.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
