Asana helps us in our quarterly roadmap analysis our product team can track easily on status of tasks and what should be prioritized based on task bandwidth requirements

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can easily track backlogs and not picked tasks and also can easily understand how much bandwidth is required and the requirements to pick that project using asana.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Time tracking is not available you need to manually understand based on the date of start task and bandwidth allocated to that task.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

We track work, identify bottlenecks, and remove bottlenecks that are slowing us down, while also establishing transparency on who is doing what and supporting simple meeting agendas on the work that is really being done. Asana has represented a before and after in the way our company manages projects; she has enforced a more ordered manner of controlling our workflow and attaining the best potential results in our projects. It's incredible how Asana has to consolidate everything connected to each project in one location and how much it adds to work team productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana has had a significant influence on my business, assisting us in better project management and making work teams more productive. I like how Asana gives a platform for meaningful, asynchronous communication around work exactly where it is done. I appreciate how we've been able to standardize our operations, particularly our communication.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana provides many useful tools for project management, but it also has a high learning curve, especially for first-time users. I'd want to be able to copy templates, processes, and forms between projects. My job is primarily about assisting others to collaborate, which entails a lot of repeated effort to reconstruct things that I've already done on prior projects.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommended, it is a really fascinating and above all, practical project management solution; it has a learning curve that, once conquered, will allow you to take use of everything Asana has to offer. You can make this system work for you, especially if you're prepared to delve into the (excellent) training videos and establish expectations for how you collaborate with others on your team.

Asana is the only product road-mapping system that places a premium on providing actionable results in the form of visuals. It ensures that I don't overlook anything by keeping track of my ideas, feedback, and recommendations and drawing on past data to create something that sells well. Using highly adaptable templates, I can tailor our roadmaps to our stakeholders' specific requirements, increasing their efficiency.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the help of Asana's product road mapping features, I created a comprehensive calendar of tasks for each phase of the product's life cycle. Asana gives me a streamlined and enjoyable admin to help me organize my product quickly and effectively to make it beneficial for our consumers. Strategy formulation, development planning, product road mapping, and development activities are all greatly enhanced by this. This tool excels as a project management tool and a road mapping tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Asana is easy to use, it does demand some previous knowledge. The free plan works well for smaller groups, but larger organizations must upgrade to a commercial project. It's not like any other tool out there, even though it features agile boards for making sub-issues that are connected.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is a comprehensive roadmap solution that will allow me to establish multiple roadmaps simultaneously for our various teams, such as development, sales, and marketing. Asana is the place to go if you need a robust platform for managing your products and developing your roadmaps. It keeps everyone on the same page and facilitates a more efficient and organized workflow while saving me a great deal of time.
