Sharing My Asana Knowledge.

Likeliness to Recommend

10 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Some of the most important tools we use on a daily basis in the workplace are already integrated with Asana. The capacity for deep Asana integration aids in expanding the app's capabilities. To give you an idea, anytime a project is changed in Asana, team members will get a notification on their Slack accounts.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is a fantastic program for keeping track of both individual and group projects. Because of its malleability, it has proven to be a very useful resource for our group. When we update Asana's features on a regular basis, it becomes easier to maintain our focus. When it comes to organizing projects and getting everyone on the same page, Asana really shines from a strategic perspective.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The thing I don't like about Asana is that it may get boring and monotonous. If you finish an assignment and then abandon it open, for instance, clicking "completar" again will create a copy with the same information. Considering how often this occurs, it's easy to conclude that chaos reigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is a good fit for businesses that need a simple way to plan and monitor several tasks at once. Great features include the ability to easily delegate and monitor progress on projects. Asana's daily reports on tasks are another useful feature for monitoring productivity levels. The task management capability it gives is also quite user-friendly.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Reliable
  • Performance Enhancing

Asana: The best task manager for remote work teams

Likeliness to Recommend

8 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

We started using this software to manage and maintain order with the projects and tasks assigned to each member of the work team. We find it very easy to use and intuitive. It has email alerts when a new task is assigned, and also the same platform informs you on the computer. We all adapted smoothly to the software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to having project templates that allow you to create projects faster, the program allows you to perform tasks and sub-tasks, for a better organization of the activities to be performed. It also has a real-time chat, where employees can be communicated, in case a doubt arises regarding any assigned activity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like that when creating projects, it would allow me to import the tasks that I already have written in Word or Excel and thus save me from having to write them again. I would also like to be able to create some kind of role-based security, so that not all team members have access to the information within asana.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the perfect software to efficiently manage all the projects that need to be done with a remote team. Everyone will be aware of all the activities that need to be done and there will be no delays whatsoever. It has definitely improved our workflow and we are much more productive.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Performance Enhancing
  • Trustworthy
  • Inspires Innovation

Intuitive, with a Wide Range of Functions

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

In order to keep updates, files, and related communication organized with their related tasks and projects, our team is learning to work more asynchronously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana is a very user-friendly application, but it also has a rich feature set and a number of integrations that make it simple to link it to other services like Slack, Zoom, or Google Workspace. There are good options for summary-level information and updates, and the notifications are strong yet simple to customize.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Goals and KPI tracking are two elements that are still in their infancy. Additionally lacking some online services, the desktop also makes it challenging to retrieve project and task IDs in this setting (which are required for some integrations).

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Task management is the main issue. To coordinate work across various projects, our team was utilizing roughly 7 separate spreadsheets, but we were always losing track of what needed to be done. Team members were finally able to see their projects and assignments in one dashboard rather than several by properly assigning tasks.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Continually Improving Product
  • Performance Enhancing
