When managing tasks in large projects with Asana, I find it easy to control the chronological order of what to do and in which procedure. This feature makes it simple to visualize what needs to be done and by when. Additionally, checking progress on the dashboard has made me more aware of the task's progress. Even when I hand over my work to someone else or someone outside the company, the account invitation feature allows them to see the process at a glance, making the handover process smooth and efficient,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's easy to understand the chronological order of tasks. I can customize the behavior and notifications when a job is completed in a way that is easy to use. Task management and progress management are intuitive and easy to use. The feedback feature makes it easy to give detailed instructions when working with multiple people. The file transfer function for each task allows for easy sharing of necessary files.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the operation can be cumbersome, so I would appreciate it if this could be improved. The process is a bit difficult, and it took me a while to get used to it, so I would like to see the user interface improved to make it more intuitive.

I especially appreciate being able to change the frequency of notifications. Tasks are no longer overlooked by adjusting the frequency of messages for each project priority.
