What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana gets the basics spot on. The software has a smart easy-to-understand layout and highly customisable dashboard, which allows even new users to quickly pick up the basics

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The slick navigation is my favourite aspect. All of the primary features are listed along the left side of the screen, so you always have access to them, which makes it very easy to context switch. I also appreciate the tabs across the top of the screen simplify the site navigation. Also works if you like decluttering your screen - you can temporarily hide the navigational features.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The limited mobile application, and user experience create an impact for nomads or remote workers that are on the move.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A much more comprehensive tool to something like a Trello. Definitely enterprise grade and will keep your software teams happy. I reccomend exploring the advanced and customisable features such as custom fields, advanced search, and portfolio management, that can help you tailor the tool to your specific needs.

Asana has ease of use compared to Planner that I used before.

The intuitiveness and it's ease of use

Sometimes it gets boring to use when it comes to certain features.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a good software to use. It has eased up a lot of the workflow for my team.
