What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I don't have to ask anybody since I work with several organizations and can keep track of what's going on and where the problem begins. It is utilized to handle the majority of our internal and customer projects. I liked how simple it is to establish new projects and categories, so we can immediately see how we're spending our time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

First and foremost, the graphical user interface is straightforward, beautiful, and simple to grasp. It adheres to the "5 second rule" for me because it took me only 5 seconds to realize what this app is for. It's also simple for new team members to get up and running with minimum training, making onboarding a snap when compared to other project management solutions I've used in the past.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find it difficult to criticize, although I would say the custom rules constraints on the professional plan are disappointing, as I believe the price per user difference between the professional and enterprise plans is fairly large.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're seeking for a simple project management tool that promotes teamwork, this may be the tool for you. My belief system is that technology can help you enhance your life, hence I always propose new technologies. ASANA is on my wish list, and I constantly advocate and assist others in learning new technologies.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

overall UI is just cleaner and everything I need is in front of me

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the drag/drop feature, and simplicity of using the tool. It ensures conversations and assets are compartmentalized into a single task.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Working with 3rd party integrations just adds an unnecessary layer that makes the user experience more complex without reaping any significant rewards.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is great to manage the tasks of your team, but it is also super helpful to keep track of your own projects and activities. You can use different projects/boards to keep everything organized and have a clear view of what needs to be done, who is involved in it, and when each specific task is due.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is more professional. I believe it has great features to help companies in different stages and of different sizes.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All Communication toward a task (Also Sub-tasks) is in one place. Tracking accountability and progress of each task. Customization and slack Integration.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Rooms can be deleted by anyone. Can't track through notifications if members are removed

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana works well for keeping teams on task and on the same page, but it's easy to fall into the trap of working outside Asana in other tools (like spreadsheets) and then having to duplicate in Asana. This is more of a business process challenge, but it's a result of Asana not quite being able to do everything that we need.
