I can create sub-tasks in an unlimited way, and it does not prevent me from assigning these sub-tasks to specific users, which is very flexible and friendly. It is affordable, even has a free version. I can follow up on the processes in my team's assigned activities. It increases productivity and facilitates collaboration by having a space that you can access at any time from anywhere.

You don't learn to use Asana in the best way overnight, it can be a little confusing. I don't have much to add in this comment session, as I have had more advantages than disadvantages with Asana, in terms of shortcuts and other issues with the user interface, it is something that can be easily improved if proposed.

You can also drag and drop files to share, so you don't have to search for resources. It's free for small teams. Enables file creation and sharing - to create, store, and share files and documents with your team. (Examples: Dropbox, Google Drive, Box).
