What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Very easy to use and intuitive system. For task management of a team, it's very easy to use and start from scratch or import from another platform!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can enable "extra delight" when you complete a task and something fun flies across your screen :) Its ease of use and navigation was top notch for my team.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Functionality with task descriptions and time tracking was lacking. For an in-house team this was ok, but for a consultant or agency this may not allow for full optimization of processes.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider your size and needs. If you need more than 15 people and native time tracking, definitely compare to other options to see what's most cost effective and will fill your needs most for your team.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana is perfect for following huge complex ventures.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Asana keeps on delivering new elements to additionally grow its item and makes upgrades as required. What I've valued the most about Asana is that it has an exceptionally dynamic local area in the Asana People group Gathering with such countless extraordinary individuals that assist with tracking down answers for normal issues from there, the sky is the limit.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I wish there were better preparation recordings, as somebody who has been involving the apparatus for a really long time and is project the executives prepared, Asana is the least demanding thing ever to learn, however for junior representatives who are simply learning, on the grounds that Asna is so unassuming and adaptable I have heard some say it tends to be overwhelming since they don't have any idea where to start.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would strongly suggest Asana. Know that the underlying arrangement and getting your group to get involved with utilizing the framework can be troublesome, yet when you do it can make your work process altogether simpler, more exact, and more straightforward to chronicle and audit.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
There are many work management platforms that have tried to emulate Asana, but very few have achieved Asana's breadth of features.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I love the automation features. This really helps to keep our workspace organized and in sync. We used to spend hours cleaning up our projects and tasks. Now much of that work is automated instantly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only frustration is the lack of a contacts database. If we could pipe contact details into a kanban board, that would allow us to use Asana as our CRM as well. Keeping projects and contacts in one space, would be super helpful.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Asana has one of the best free plans I've seen for a work management tool. Very generous.
