What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
Asana helps the team to focus on their activities, both individual and group, share ideas and benefits to reduce the time in which the before we performed the activities, seeing in real time the delivery times. Intuitive and collaborative, you can adapt to its interface in less than a week, once you are in and understand how Asana works it makes your work easier.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We compete ideas, create projects and finish in record time by being able to coordinate. It has tools to automate workflow and templates that you only have to edit, we can also prioritize specific tasks especially when they have deadlines nearby.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We would like to be able to make notes or send revisions to documents or files that are uploaded to Asana, I think there is a bug in this feature that has not yet been added, it is simple but very important to cite the corresponding document and thus avoid confusion.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We recommend this software for its quality and price which is at a good level for Asana, it is a good support to keep you and your team focused on what is important and with them facilitate brainstorming and projects to be done.

So easy to integrate into our team & workflow

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
We need a product that we could use "out of the box" and then learn about the capabilities as we grew with the product. The other product we tried was not simple at the beginning. And because we could start with the no charge version, it completely eased us in to this product.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The visual ability to create boards, or timelines and then switch between them if we wanted
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing. this is the perfect software for our company.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
1. Start with the "FREE" version - because it lets you gauge the basics in task management 2. Ease into the "PAID" version once you know what features you will truly need
