What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

-Easy to navigate and manipulate user interface. -It has various list and tile layouts to suit the various projects I manage. -Using the Asana add-on for Gmail and the integration with Dropbox allow me to work in a more professional and comprehensive way.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I consider Asana one of the best project managers. With Gantt charts, creating and maintaining carefully categorized activity lists and assigning tasks to specific users is a great help for collaboration. I can receive real-time updates on changes and successful completion of a task in a group. Asana is perfectly suited for all types of job roles, it is really worth implementing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I think the cost can be reconsidered. For all the other features and advantages of Asana I am satisfied.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you work on several projects at the same time and you need order and motivation to finish your tasks on time, Asana is ideal. It has been a great help to me and I hope to continue using this software for a long time to come.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Asana is a stable service, whose quality shown in the development of group projects increases irrelevantly of the number of people added to the team. As it is so easy to create diagrams thanks to its tools such as the Gantt chart creator, the work within Asana is quite detailed and specific, since the work force can be based on the areas of the project that have received less progress previously, which serves to keep the work balanced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Asana offers tools that ensure that project management is interactive, and that the information provided within the platform remains easily accessible, using tools such as a drag-and-drop dashboard system, where information can be sorted according to any type of criteria by the project leader.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana somewhat limits the team's ability to communicate if they do not wish to work directly within the platform other than for updated reviews of each project under development. In this sense, it is problematic to have to leave the platform in the background to access online meeting software, as communication needs are imperative to achieve proper teamwork, and Asana does not take this into account by not adding more features for live communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Asana is recommended because it has good integrations to the cloud, facilitating the action of safeguarding project information in it without worrying about security breaches or loss of material, and also integrates with sales software to make online sales projects more organized.
