What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The difference of Asana with other similar products is that it automates routine work and works perfectly adapting to our needs, I like it because it offers a visually pleasant interface, very organized and safe. It differs by being a platform that is capable of gathering in the same place what is necessary to have a satisfactory experience.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Asana is that I can manage and keep track of my projects from start to finish, in order to keep my tasks on track, safe and organized, I love it because I can share files, comments, and updates with my co-workers. a wonderful project management software, offering excellent tools, very flexible and intuitive.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Asana is a tool that works efficiently, providing a complete service and offering great benefits, it is a software that has worked perfectly for me without presenting any failures in its system, it is very safe, fast, flexible and intuitive, I have no bad comments until the moment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Asana to all work teams because it is a project management software that offers excellent functions, a tool that helps to plan, organize and manage work, helping decision-making and keeping track of our projects, obtaining updates on real time, coordinate our tasks easily, safely and without problems.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I like that you only have to fill your project and tasks and you can view them on calendar mode or Gantt Diagram. Also, it has a Timecamp integration so you can track the exact time it takes to do your tasks.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The dedicated chat in every project/task

What do you dislike most about this product?

It's pretty expensive to unlock all the features for multiple users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use zapier to connect all you other softwares and be able to manage everything in Asana

Great UI for task management Great with integrations with several of our products

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Love the dashboards and holistic view of our progress and pending tasks Document management is seamless push notifications and reports are very easy

What do you dislike most about this product?

Unable to assign a task to multiple folks No way to track time / hours spent working on it Very difficult to assign tasks to repeat tasks

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try out trial with your team to finalize the purchase, it might be suitable for some teams but not for all
