Asana is a powerful and easy-to-use software for project and task management. Again, it seamlessly integrates with great software like Google Calendar, Microsoft outlook, Gmail among others. It has helped me to work professionally without missing any task or project.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about Asana. It is a great software for collaboration. It allows you to create new tasks and projects and assign them faster. Nothing to mention as a complain.

Asana is a must use software for project and task management. I recommend it.

With the help of Asana, we are able to move our work from start to the end. It allows us to effectively and efficiently collaborate on work assignments hence enabling us to have a smart working schedule. With Asana, you can quickly create new tasks and assign them.

The customer support team behind Asana is very friendly, helpful and reliable. I like the fact that when you reach out to them they take the shortest time to respond to your inquiries. Additionally, Asana has made it easy for me to organize my work than enabling me to work professionally.

Im comfortable with the services Asana offers. Great and reliable customer support team, an easy to use and learn application and the security it provides.

Implement Asana and definitely you will have a smart working schedules.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The user experience and design of Asana in both the desktop and mobile apps. We tried others but Asana came out on top for our designers. It's a delight to use.

Moving tasks between Today, Upcoming and Later to manage my tasks and priorities for today's work activities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very little. Perhaps the pricing could be lower for smaller companies, but it's necessary to see the start dates and use the Gantt charts.

They have an excellent free tier to get you started and you can use this with many team members. Mostly check out the mobile app experience. You can see they invest in the design and making the UX a pleasure to use.
