What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Even non-engineers may appreciate the wonderful qualities represented by dots. What do you dislike most about this product?

Most of the features are satisfactory to me; however, as the number of individuals in the company and the number of project tasks increases, the list screen gets slow and it takes longer to get to my assignment.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The plan may be shown as a Gantt chart after task breakdown, which is why I recommend it to project managers and engineers. It is advised not just for engineers, but also for individuals in charge of project development across all disciplines, including business strategy and sales marketing. Furthermore, department managers like me can use it to plan, schedule, and visualize each task, therefore I would recommend that business people do the same. You may also exchange duties using chat platforms like Slack; however, flow-type systems require time to retrace since information flows, but you can ask questions and discuss the work.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The integration between other tools - like Hubstaff to easily track the time spent on each task. This has been really valuable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how easy it is to clearly see all the tasks for the day with the layout in Asana

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes I don't get notified when a teammate @ mentions me on a task for some reason so those messages get lost unless I really dig into Asana

If you are looking for a tool to track tasks and time spent on each task to potentially bill out - Asana is a great tool to help organize such tasks
