Projects budgeting , correct time estimate. Time approval. Task, time and project manager

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?
With the help of Asana, a business plan can be created and managed by allocating tasks in a way that works best for all members of the team and encourages them to collaborate more. For each team member's Asana page, they'll be able to create new tasks, assign their own time and resources to them, and share them with other team members who will be responsible for implementing them. Using Asana's integrated work plan, project management and stakeholders will be able to see the correct path to implementing the project work, and they'll also be able to extract reports, data, and percentages of completion from it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
With Asana, project management was able to keep track of all tasks in a way that was both practical and effective, allowing them to assess the performance of the entire team and improve their capacity to gauge completion rates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Because of the ease of use of Asana's workflow imports for team members, there is nothing hard about it. Once changes are made to tasks, they are stored and then shared with the rest of the team, resulting in a more realistic and efficient work plan for everyone, which improves output in general and you'll notice the difference in a significant way.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For project management, I prefer Asana since it allows you to organize activities in a professional manner that saves you money in terms of time and effort.
