Best task/list software I’ve used. Improves productivity with the time I save and keeps me organized.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

Compared to some of our rivals, I don't force you to spend hours figuring out how to accomplish your goals; instead, they provide you with the tools you need to get started immediately. Custom reporting allows me to view tasks, due dates, and priorities for each team member or customer on a rolling basis, and I entirely use it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

For a small team, I believe Asana is an essential but effective tool for project management. It's simple to keep track of everything on Asana. The project features, workflow automation, and the flexibility to create task templates are all things I like about this software. It's great to see what's coming up on my homepage so I can organize my day and week ahead of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Essentially, the app can do practically anything, which is another drawback. It can serve too many purposes and, as a result, it might become cluttered or difficult to use as I am just interested in a single function. A lack of internet means I can't access Asana's website.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

With Asana, I can keep track of all your goods and projects in one place. It's a terrific tool for teams and individuals and is relatively simple to master. I can do all this and more from any mobile Web site, and I can keep tabs on how things are doing at a glance. Worth a try.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

The free version is mighty and filled with great features. For a small team focused on task management, you don't need much more.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that the free basic version is great! The features in the Premium and Business versions far outweigh the Basic plan, but for our needs, the free basic plan is a solid, reliable, and easy-to-use task management solution. I love the templates and often use them as a base or starting point for projects. The integrations are also great, and easy to use. We've integrated Google Drive, Slack, Google Calendar, and Gmail, but there are many more integrations.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's a bit of a learning curve to using the platform, and it takes a little while to get a handle on everything. The lack of time-tracking is also a disadvantage, and you'd have to use an external integration for time tracking. Internal, native time tracking would be great.

Check out the templates. They're a great starting point for many projects.
