What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

I found a lot of great techniques in Asana, one of the most important of which is the customization of a project database so that all team members can share workflows and update them from start to finish. With Asana, we can follow up on more than one project at the same time, and even in cases of travel, we stay in constant contact with all updates and we can provide assistance on an ongoing basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how to start my day by browsing the notifications sent by team members, which are comprehensive of all developments in the project as well as any inquiries that need to be answered. On the program so that we can update the end date of the project continuously and thus keep the delay period under continuous monitoring. Asana provides communication and chat technologies that help us communicate without the need for assistance applications, and searching in the task history is fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As for the things that I may not like, I haven't tested any of them, as Asana is very intuitive and easy to use, it also handles a lot of project management issues efficiently, especially with regards to ease of communication between team members and also the ease of updating tasks and extracting reports that cover all project updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would definitely recommend it, Asana has fostered a spirit of cooperation among team members, so that in the event of a problem we can ask for advice easily and without the need to hold meetings and send dozens of emails. With Asana, we can keep all project activities under constant monitoring and we can evaluate the status of activities and take appropriate decisions that will help to overcome any obstacles we may encounter.
