What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Everything about Asana its simple, it allows the user to manage projects document.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing serious about the Asana performances which i have an issue with.

Great scheduling, planning and collaboration software with many features for effective projects management.

What differentiates Asana from other similar products?

1. Private chats. 2. No limit to the number of projects you can handle, regardless of your paid version. 3. Public chats within each project. 4. It allows synthesized information on the key aspects of the project. 5. Notifications: on computer, mobile or mail. 6. Timelines by project 7. Folders within project files 8. Schedule of activities per user. • Color coding of project files

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

1. Allows the integration of the work team through any device. 2. It integrates directly with external calendars (Google Calendar, Outlook Slack, Google Drive, OneDrive, Office 365. and many more tools) 3. Internal and external collaboration occurs because the tool facilitates communication between team members, through public tasks, schedules and chats. 4. By using it, a Gantt chart can be generated that allows me to visualize the activities in a certain period of time.

What do you dislike most about this product?

1. Asana helps me to more easily view my projects, tasks, progress, achievements and dates, it helps me detect problems and know if deadlines are being met.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

1. - With asana you can assign tasks and responsibilities with time specifications. This hran tool helps manage communication between project members. It allows you to manage and assign tasks, it also allows the internal and external sending of documents, regardless of the type of computer.
