What differentiates Aruba EdgeConnect from other similar products?

The EdgeConnect Enterprise business intent overlays allow for a virtual WAN to be created for every class of traffic, which sets it apart from other products in the market. This ensures consistency across the network, as application performance, security, and routing policies are automatically programmed to all sites.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of EdgeConnect is the real-time monitoring and continuous adaptation that assures the highest performance and availability. This is especially useful for high-quality voice and video over broadband connections.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside to EdgeConnect is that it is a bit more expensive compared to other SD-WAN products.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend EdgeConnect for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient SD-WAN solution. The real-time monitoring and continuous adaptation features make it stand out from other products in the market.

What differentiates Aruba EdgeConnect from other similar products?

EdgeConnect Enterprise unifies SD-WAN, routing, firewall, segmentation, WAN optimization and application visibility and control in a single centrally managed platform, forming the foundation for a secure access service edge (SASE) architecture. This makes it a complete solution for businesses looking to implement SASE.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of EdgeConnect is the Orchestrator, which serves as the brain of the platform. It gives enterprises the ability to centrally assign business intent policies to secure and control applications across the WAN.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only downside to EdgeConnect is that it requires a bit of technical know-how to set up and configure.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend EdgeConnect for businesses looking for a complete SASE solution. The Orchestrator feature makes it easy to centrally manage and secure applications across the WAN. However, it is important to note that some technical expertise is required for setup and configuration.
