It’s the leader in GIS for ease of use, display options (story maps), incredibly professional and affordable as we qualified for their not for profit programme.

Nothing I dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get your data in order before purchasing. A great product but you need to understand address based premium and ideally have a gazetteer in place that does the hard work for you.
