What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In addition to how simple it is to control and tailor it to our preferences. This technology enables me to easily and seamlessly adapt the material for the visitors. I can easily operate or manage all of our material with AEM and make adjustments quickly. It offers the best features and functions as my primary workstation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This program's most recent update can seem antiquated to consumers because there aren't any noteworthy new developments or innovations. The truth is that working with and understanding all of the options in this program will take some time at first, so it is important to let new users know this up front.

However, AEM is also a digital asset management (DAM) solution, a solution for organizing and producing all from form-based procedures to digital archiving of PDF files. AEM is suited for multi-site scenarios such as multi-site, multi-language, multi-tenant, multi-channel, and multi-brand.

With Adobe Experience Manager, we could provide more customer service, like actual experts. We wanted to be able to deploy our code to our production environments on time. In contrast to other DAMs, tasks take too long. It's more complicated than it should be. There is a need for improvement in the data input and integration with third parties. If you are a novice and are unfamiliar with UI language, Adobe products, or some level of coding or programming, you may need help navigating all the products.

A team of 50 people is needed to support it, from adding content to the platform to providing governance to ensure that what goes in complies with the rules. The quality of the services could be improved. Niche expertise makes it difficult to locate sources with in-depth knowledge. The license model and price standards are too expensive, making them unsustainable for customer retention.
