It's like if we had a high-tech control center that exactly matches our complex project requirements. Our marketing team has been utilizing its features to great effect when it comes to targeting demographics and user preferences.

Robust web content management platform!

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Adobe Experience Manager from other similar products?

Adobe Experience Manager stands out from its competitors with its seamless integration of web content management, digital asset management, and marketing tools, offering a comprehensive solution for creating and delivering personalized and engaging digital experiences across channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Web Content Management component is fundamental, allowing my users to create, manage, and publish content across digital channels with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This is a tough question because the product helps drive our business in so many ways. If I had to dig in then I would say that there is a learning curve to development if you don’t already have this skill set on staff, and as well in that same sense it can be costly for consultants to do it for you and skill up your resources.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really only two areas that I would focus on - Conduct a true thorough needs assessment and scope out where this tool will fit (It is not cheap!), and lastly invest in training and expertise (right resources) to get the job done or you will waste a lot of money with a platform like this.

Pros

  • Helps Innovate
  • Efficient Service
  • Saves Time
  • Respectful
