I love working with Adobe Marketing Cloud because it is a service that allows us to manage our campaigns from different social networks, emails, web ads among others. Its high customization that allows us to perform in each campaign is a factor that I must mention because it completely satisfies the needs of its users to develop campaigns with very complete designs, with Adobe Marketing is very easy to measure the progress of each campaign implemented, because it provides very complete reports that allow us to know the number of people who have seen the campaigns and even the success obtained, personally I think that in the time I've been working with this software I have been able to get a real quality service.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There have been times when we are working with Adobe Marketing Cloud and I have been able to observe that their system presents small delays or slowness in its operation, personally it is a factor that I do not consider at all worrying but if it causes some discomfort at the time of working, to be able to implement this service in a company it is necessary to have an ample budget, since its cost is high but once the growth of the marketing that it offers to a company can be visualized it is worth paying its cost.

One of the features that I love about the interface of this service is that its interface shows the exact amount of people that are integrated to the campaigns and allows to identify through different colors from which devices people enter our campaigns, personally I feel very satisfied to work with this platform.

To be honest in this section I have almost nothing to talk about, since my personal experience using Adobe Marketing Cloud has been excellent, I consider that its wide interface is usually confusing for beginners with this software, but as you explore this platform it is very easy to become familiar with all the functionalities that this system offers.

Adobe marketing Cloud is a completely unique service among the others, personally I have had the experience of working with several similar software and of all I had never known one as efficient as this one, its service I consider it very solid, although you must be aware that it is not perfect but it adapts very well to many work standards to help its users to market their service or product very effectively to people in the market.

Adobe marketing cloud is a service that I must confess I love because of how customization it is for the various needs we have in our organization today, offers an excellent analysis function both simple and very comprehensive analysis that allows us to have information at all times of everything that happens in our campaigns, to be honest the efficiency that this system gave us in my organization I must say that it allowed us to overpass the limits of the results that we expected, its interface once you know all the functionalities that the software offers is very easy to use and manage, really although this is not a perfect service it is ideal for us.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its price is a little high to implement in small businesses and although it is very functional it is a great limitation to acquire for small businesses, the software when integrated with other platforms usually presents delays in its operation and although it does not doubt much time usually causes certain discomfort when working, for inexperienced people the Adobe marketing Cloud system usually seems very difficult to use, that is why I consider that it would be of great help if the developers of the software offered to the new users training courses so that people can apply a correct use to the software from the first moment they use the service.
