Unlike Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe’s data integration is unmatched, pulling insights from all channels to create a holistic view of the guest journey—perfect for hospitality.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can set up a campaign for returning guests offering exclusive spa packages, triggered by their booking history. This kind of tailored engagement is invaluable in hospitality.

What do you dislike most about this product?

While the functionality is powerful, simpler guides or onboarding would go a long way for smaller teams in hospitality who may not have a dedicated marketing technologist

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Dive into the audience segmentation tools first—they’re incredibly powerful for targeting repeat guests or creating seasonal promotions. Also, lean on Adobe’s customer support for guidance in the beginning; they’re responsive and knowledgeable
