What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

There are number of features that differentiate Adobe Marketo Engage. It can be customized to a different level so that the user received tailored content.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Report creating and lead management are my favorite feature in Adobe Marketo Engage. The customer service is excellent as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Integration is difficult and it is expensive compared to other automation tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take advantage of this tool if you have the marketing budget.

What differentiates Adobe Marketo Engage from other similar products?

Marketo is a highly functional marketing automation tool because it provides a lot more granular control of all the aspects, be it leads, segmentation, personalization, campaign management, analytics, or filtering. Marketo is more of an event-based tool than a tag-based one like most other email marketing products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ability to create smart lists with multiple filters and advanced filtering rules for a very fine-tuned segmentation. There are very few platforms in market right now that allow segmentation at this granular level.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The UI and UX can be improved. Plus there is a slight learning curve. Marketo is easy if you are already a tech guy, else it is a nightmare.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are a large business and need a lot of segmentation, Marketo is the way ahead. However, there is a slight learning curve and you'll need a professional to set it up initially.
