To keep everything running smoothly, Marketo is a great option for customer management. The numerous features it offers are useful for many aspects of running a business.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The pricing component could be seen as a drawback, but other than that, I have no complaints about Marketo. You could use some resources to optimize your customer interaction processes.

Marketo is our go-to for sending emails and handling database tasks, such as lead scoring and sealing, based on several criteria for optimal routing.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the platform, it is effective for business-to-business and software-as-a-service marketing automation. Working with Marketo as a business-to-business platform is one of its strongest points. A B2B SaaS platform requires the ability to level contacts with accounts which is something to keep in mind.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The user interface is slow and outdated. Smaller companies may find it difficult to adopt it due to the steep learning curve, extensive implementation procedure, and high costs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Marketo is an exceptional solution due to its strong database capabilities and extensive synchronizations with other platforms. Plus, it exceeds our expectations!
