Overall product and support is fantastic however, reducing timeline for support response could be more helpful.

Fantastic LMS in terms of easy to use, cost efficient as well, must give a try

It makes creating courses so easy and is very easy to interact with.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The personalized learning paths and the very engaging content makes this product so much better.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I find that the user experience is occasionally lacking in regard to the complexity of navigating the interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend that they take some time to really get to know the product before introducing it to their team.
