The recording features are excellent

What differentiates Adobe Connect from other similar products?
Participants can interact with a recorded session exactly like they would with a live one (with the obvious exception of interacting with others). You can add markers to the recording so that viewers can quickly navigate to the sections they are interested in without having to watch the entire thing. The recording can be offloaded if you'd like to host it somewhere else.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
You can have any kind of meeting, from straightforward webinars with a single presenter to breakout groups with attendees spread across many rooms.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The one thing about Adobe Connect that I don't like is that you have to buy the telephony from a third party in order to get integrated telephony. Adobe does not offer this. The only drawback is that you must use a different app to control the telephony once you've finished setting everything up. In my opinion, this is Adobe Connect's lone shortcoming, but because the platform as a whole is so strong, I am ready to overlook it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The user interface is not always intuitive and can be hard to navigate. Once you get used to it, it's navigable. Learn first how to use efficient the interface, which has tools like notes, chat, pods, and more. Simplify your task as much as you can when trying to acquire precise information quickly.
