What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a couple of problems that can spoil the performance of the program, the first and most important is the dependency that this program requires on a good, stable and powerful internet connection, otherwise the program will not respond in its best version, causing that the presentations are a bit slow or may crash, secondly we have a couple of complaints with the mobile version of this program, since we cannot generate the same good results due to the complexity it presents.

The interface feels dated and somehow feels hard to get around. Also, the overall performance drops a little with more than 50 users active and sharing screen or webcam.

The options can be a lot for a new user. This is good for a experienced user as you can integrate and customize this the way you want. But for a new user they can have a steep learning curve

This is a near perfect software. I do not think there can be any recommendations from me. Maybe add in a auto help feature which would nudge the user one step at a time when they check for a specific task (for a new user. )
