It is more secure and high uptime. Never faced any issue like downtime since I'm usingnit

It is more secure even if you are using with external users. I use it for vendor meeting so no threats of data loss...

It is bit new so not much people know about it, but people are getting aware gradually

Expensive and cost can go up , dependency on adobe server for storing data
