A Multi-purpose Virtual Assistant

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
What makes Ada special is that it is both a great chatbot and a virtual assistant. It does this really well and comes at no additional cost and therefore good value for money.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how Ada simplifies conversations and makes conversations custom so as to meet and address every customer needs. It basically helps customer so self help themselves whenever they have queries. It saves business money and time while ensuring customers don't have to wait too long to have their needs addressed
What do you dislike most about this product?
Ada has been great and no bad experiences.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Ada is both a good chatbot and a valuable virtual assistant. Therefore if you need either or both capabilities, this software is what you need. It's affordable and effective in every way.

HUGE help with ticket volumes

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
I have not worked much with other similar products, but Ada has been a major help in providing users with self-serve options to avoid having to write in, or collecting all necessary information required should a ticket be required.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Flexible bot can be programmed to be fun and silly where it makes sense.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Still waiting on Twitter linking.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Initial setup and training can be pretty quick, but it can take a dedicated user quite a while to really dive into all that Ada is capable of.
