What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
Ada comes with some self service features that allows customers to complete some tasks on their own including account upgrade and updating account information.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like that the software is affordable. It's easy to use and helps in personalizing conversations. The software makes customer business interactions easy. It's a multi-purpose software
What do you dislike most about this product?
No dislikes as Ada has really met our needs.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
For virtual assistants, I recommend Ada. It's simple yet offers amazing features and it's affordable. It personalizes conversations and helps clients better interact with the business and can as well complete a few things on their own including account information update.

It supports getting leads, sometimes great ones

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
Ada was more intuitive to use than other similar lead generators. CRM software's that I looked for in the market. The training videos and the amount of "how to" videos in YouTube + recommendations from different social channels was a key differentiator among the competition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
When we get a perfect lead to our products and it identifies a true user for us is almost a done deal and we get sales from it
What do you dislike most about this product?
We get leads that do not really fit our value proposition, its hard to distinguish in the platform what will be a good lead vs a bad lead.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Understand your value proposition to identify your final user extremely well so ADA can do its work, the more we play with this the better we are getting. Its a work in progress getting it right is a continues process.

Using Ada is easy and the software is easy to customize. The software allows customers to accomplish a few tasks on their own. The software is relatively affordable. It's seamless to deploy

Ada offers great features and hasn't been a disappointment in any way

I recommend Ada because it's customizable and it makes customer interactions personal and using it is easy. The software also comes at a manageable cost which makes it ideal for business.
