Pricey tool yet with more features

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
The tool AI chatbot can easily be deployed on social media tools like WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Twitter and the chatbot would run without any error which is not common in other providers who only supports chatbot to run on the chat widget only
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The tool has simple integrations with Twilio Messaging to deliver SMS right from the dashboard without any extra knowledge. The chatbot can easily transfer the chat to the support agent without losing any history of the chat.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The tool works well and I have not identified any technical issue with the tool. However, ADA is too expensive for smaller businesses to use this solution
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This tool is worthy if you are looking for a tool that can offer customer support on automations and marketing

What differentiates Ada from other similar products?
What makes Ada unique is that it works well as both a chatbot and virtual assistant. This is really amazing

I like that Ada ia very capable as a virtual assistant This software serves as a chatbot which is a plus This software is great in many other ways
What do you dislike most about this product?
I haven't had bad encounters with Ada
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend Ada because it's not only affordable but a Multi-purpose business software
