What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
They were the most cost-effective.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The relatively low cost of entry.
What do you dislike most about this product?
1. Act-On was difficult and cumbersome to use. 2. Their customer service wasn't very good - it was often hard to reach someone on the phone. 3. They didn’t evolve - over several years of using Act-On, there were very few updates made to the original product.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Consider HubSpot instead!

Great e-marketing option for multi-unit companies.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
Act-on is a great option for companies doing marketing work for multiple divisions or lines of business. The platform allows for easy organization and collaboration amongst different entities without having to remember multiple passwords.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
IT support that answers the phone. The support team at Act-on deserves a high five. They are always available to walk through any issues in a kind and patient manner.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Emails have a tendency to act funny in Outlook, but I don't necessarily think this is an Act-On issue.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
A+ option and a great tool for a small team of marketers.
