Sometimes data integration times out. Support is wonderful to deal with though.

It can do everything you likely need it to and it is cost effective.

The price is right and a fantastic product!

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?
The price for this product is really great considering how much data and contacts we have. Act-on allows you to have a lot of contacts and data with a great price tag. Their software compares well to the other large automation programs and it is easy to use and reliable.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favourite feature is how easy everything integrates together within act-on - forms, landing pages and lists are easy to set up and customer service is just a phone call or email away.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not many CRMs have API integrations to Act-On. Something like Zappier needs to uses as the middle man.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It does basically all the things Marketo and Pardot do for much less cost!
