What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

It has been a beneficial tool for our company, it helps us improve marketing and customize it to the way we work, we can view and analyze our reports and see the impact it has on our marketing and the growth of our company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has allowed us to manage and improve the experience with customers, using various social networks, emails and creating messages automatically, it has given us the best features to create excellent marketing campaigns, its user interface is flexible and dynamic.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are no features that need improvement, it has given us solutions to manage surveys, subscriptions and all our contacts, and it has been useful for us to keep track of our earnings and investments.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Good capacity for functions and features that help create a positive impact in our organization and with customers.

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On offers email marketing and a complete view of the sales funnel, from marketing to sales-qualified leads. It streamlines email marketing, automation, and lead scoring for our marketing team. To build, retain, and reengage our database, Act-On segments prospects, current customers, and closed-lost deals. This software automates consumer marketing and demand development. Because of this, it's successful in the market.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Act-On lets us track website visitors, push form data into Salesforce, and send prospects automated messages. The automatic routing of leads saves the company's resources. Prospect lead nurturing and scoring improve sales leads and insight. Marketing automation is made simple with its custom scripts and a drag-and-drop interface. Its UI/UX makes creating landing pages, emails, forms, etc., easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

All features and tools are easy to use, but I have trouble sorting topics. Integrating the correct mapping sequence into your CRM can be challenging. List cleanliness and spam folders caused lower opens and bounce rates. The UI is being updated slowly but needs to be faster. Act-high On's price may discourage adoption.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Act-On has great customer service are top-notch. Excellent piece of software for marketing and conducting surveys. Extraordinarily effective and versatile, with applications in various settings, including virtually any company. The best part for my team and me is its email, landing page, and form template creation. Act-On is an excellent choice; I wholeheartedly recommend it!

What differentiates Act-On from other similar products?

Act-On is extremely easy to use with an updated interface. There’s a lot of practicality and flexibility within the system. Our instance is integrated with our CRM for dynamically inhabited segments that populate our automation. The platform is straightforward to use and navigate while not having to be a coding expert. The WYSIWYG editor is user-friendly. It’s easy to toggle between HTML and visual view once making emails.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Wonderful and straightforward to make journeys and automation complete with nice support and training. The team at Act-On very scaffolded our squad and this has helped us adapt and learn new skills. This wasn’t the case with all of the varied companies for which we reviewed their offerings. We love the analytics and therefore the ability to transfer our information into richer and additional specific news to our needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

This isn’t a lot to dislike regarding the service. Their support and coaching ensure success and therefore the platform is the most user-friendly that we found. You don’t want a Master’ Degree in selling Automation platforms to choose up the tool and be successful.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I appreciate the tremendous result of Act-On, on our business and how much this has lightened our frameworks because of the various methods of automation related to marketing planning in total.
